Selling all of the equipment and personal property at this location including: 15+ Tractors, Enclosed Trailers (loaded), Farm Equipment, Wagons, Commercial Portable Welder on Trailer, Automobiles, Iron, Loaders, Implement Trailers, Backhoe, Bulldozer, Implement Parts and buildings full of miscellaneous including a house which we have not had access to. Some of the items will be sold individually and some in groups.The majority of these items have set here for 20-35 years. The items are in "as in" condition, parts and scrap value and cover over 5 acres of land. There will be a 10% buyer's premium charged on all items sold.
