Selling the personal property of Scott and Susan Palmer.  Mr. Palmer is a general contractor and the tools have been used in the field mentioned.  There is a 2009 Ford F-150 4x4 pickup that has had $3,000 worth of parts; 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Sport Utility 4x4 w/172,000 miles. A good sale of tools, equipment and miscellaneous including a Restored Farmall Cub tractor with belly mount mower, extra belly mount mower, Contractors truck topper for a Ford F-150 or a Chevy Silverado 1500, 1990 Freight-liner 3406 cat engine, 640k miles, Michigan special / double frame., power tools, battery chargers, Ryobi generator, Electric pressure washer, Upright and horizontal compressors, bullet heaters, lawn and garden tools, Huskee 11/36 riding mower, some home furnishings, ladders, tool boxes, shop vacs, nail guns and nails, lift platform that attaches to forks so can be used similar to scaffolding, a lift platform for a backhoe or tractor loader, and more.  The storage building has a lot of items to be sold.  We will not have them unpacked until sale day.

2009 Ford F-150 FX4, 4 door, 5 1/2 ft. V8 - 5.4L, 6-speed w/overdrive. NOTE: MECHANICS SPECIAL. Was a fleet truck, very well maintained, have all service records. 310,000 miles. Fiberglass tonneau cover, $3000 worth of new parts, tires ect in last year. Sharp-looking truck. Needs transmission rebuilt.

2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Sport Utility 4x4. V6 - 3.7L. 172,000 miles. NOTE: MECHANICS SPECIAL, Great interior/exterior for age. Needs a head gasket.
