Real Estate
|
In
2004, Stanton's Auctioneers sold over 150 properties throughout the state
including homes, agricultural and vacant land parcels, as well as several large
properties, including a 511acre estate located in Eaton County and 677 acres in
Kent and Ionia counties.
The year not only saw a
large increase in the number of properties sold, but also a recognition by both
buyers and sellers of the many advantages of the real estate at auction process.
-
The
sellers appreciated the many qualified purchasers that competitively
bid on their properties.
-
Buyers
appreciated the opportunity to bid on parcels that they
had been notified of through our large mailing list and
extensive advertising of the properties being sold.

The auctions
not only produced successful buyers, but also resulted in many motivated
people who were not successful. These buyers are still qualified and
still looking for property. We always inform them of our upcoming
real estate auctions. Their money is still waiting to be invested.
Call us if you are considering
selling your property. We will meet with you, at no obligation,
at your convenience, to discuss your situation and look forward to
working with you in 2005!
Phonographs & Antiques

|
A
very important area of specialization of Stanton's Auctioneers is the sale of
antique music boxes, antique phonographs and related items at auction. Our
firm has become internationally known for selling these items that have often
been accumulated by individuals, with much care, over many years.
The
wide appeal and fascination with early music machines, and our
reputation for conducting well-promoted and efficient, enjoyable
auctions is evident by the large number of individuals who travel
from across the United States, and from other countries, to
attend our auctions. We move collections to Michigan, and also
hold auctions on site, or in the immediate area of your collection,
if desired.
|
We
have conducted auctions in California, Nebraska, Indiana, Ohio
and Florida and other states and have transported machines to
Michigan from many states and Canada. We are always happy to
travel to your location to examine your items for a possible
sale in your area or for us to move your collection to Michigan
for your own auction, or for inclusion in one of our twice yearly
consignment sales. References always available upon
request.
