In 2004, Stanton's Auctioneers sold over 150 properties throughout the state including homes, agricultural and vacant land parcels, as well as several large properties, including a 511acre estate located in Eaton County and 677 acres in Kent and Ionia counties.

The year not only saw a large increase in the number of properties sold, but also a recognition by both buyers and sellers of the many advantages of the real estate at auction process.
